A number of years ago Chris was immersed in daily life-juggling his role as a father, career and his fitness and nutrition goals. While he was content with where he was with his physical circumstances, he recognized that he had more potential. He did not want to be one more person at the gym who kept showing up that was not making progress. It became obvious that a change was necessary. To achieve better health and fitness, he knew he needed to commit to consistent effort, prioritize his goals over less important things and most importantly he needed a structured plan.
